I got the K2 and gave my Mom my K1(with both of my m-edge covers) so I needed a new cover. It is wonderful in so many ways but the leather is so stiff compared to my K1 covers. They could easily be folded back but that is not the case with this cover. It is well made and very secure, I would not hesitate to get another cover (I already have on on the way) but I would love for the leather to be a bit more pliable.

this is a good cover, the hinge locks into the kindle 2, and has storage for the m-edge light ( which is not yet available). my complaints are: there are no openings for the speakers if you use the speech to text option, and the inner flap on the case rubs the kindle 2 screen.it would also be nice for the light to be available to be certain it fits in the case with the kindle nicely.

This is the most perfect jacket I could have possibly gotten for my Kindle 2. I love the color, the feel of the textured outside, as well as the softness of the inside, and that great leather smell. It is a perfect fit; all the buttons are still exposed and easy to reach, yet it is securely held in the cover. I plan to get the new M-edge light when it comes out. You can't go wrong with this cover.

I have looked at several Kindle 2 cases. By far this beats the competion! The clips holds the kindle in place with no movement. I have complete access to all the controls. The pockets on the inside are convenient. This case protects the kindle from any damage (unless you drop it). I was very impressed with the classy look of the whole package. Very professional. No regrets!
