I wanted something to protect my Kindle that was stylish, functional, and that allowed easy access to my Kindle at all times. I was not disappointed with this purchase on any of these needs. The choice of colors for this genuine leather case was adequate, and the quality of the leather is exemplary. My Kindle fit perfectly in the specially designed attachments inside the case, and the closure strap creates a stand to support my Kindle during those hands free moments. It has a pocket area inside the case that I have stored my insurance coverage for easy accessibility and for lists of books for future purchase references. The construction is of high quality with tight seams and excellent stitiching and has a space designed inside explicitly for my additional purchase of the Flex2 Bright Light. Overall, the only case a Kindle user should want and use for protection, style, and accessibility.

I finally finally FINALLY received my cover today. After using it all day, I must admit that I am happier with it than expected. For the price, the leather looks nice and the stitching is neat - though the blue is not quite as vibrant or shiny as depicted in the photos. I had to play around with the cover folded back to soften the leather before it functioned properly as a stand, but it is perfect now. I love the little margin on the left side (I am assuming it is to accommodate the optional light), which gives you a perfect place to hold on to without actually touching the device until you need to. I have really small hands and was worried that it would be difficult for me to hold my Kindle in its cover while reading but that hasn't been the case at all. I actually find it easier to hold with it on than without. After playing around, I've found that the best way (for me with my tiny hands) to hold it when the cover is folded back is to hold both the front and back covers together with my index finger inserted between them. It adds a lot of stability. I would highly recommend this cover.

This is a really nice cover. It was worth the wait. I purchased navy blue, and it is a little darker than the picture listed, and it is gorgeous. The cover is slightly wider than the Kindle which leaves room to attach a reading light. There is a pen slot in the fold and two slim slot on the top cover for papers and cards such as business cards. I like that the top flips over instead of opening like a book; this has worked out very well. You don't actually have to hold it to read; it can stand on its own. I also like the corner tabs and the elastic corner tabs on to to hold the Kindle firmly. The tab closure is tight. There is no way a Kindle is going to be dislodged from this cover unless you throw it across a room. Overall, I am very pleased with this product. Although I have a screen cover and a skin for the Kindle, I feel much more at ease about having a cover to protect it. It was worth the money spent to protect the Kindle which is a sizable investment.
